As Management Assistant, you are responsible for supporting the Sales department and the General Director administratively and organisationally in order to contribute confidentially to the smooth running of their daily work.
- You manage the agenda and coordinate the activities of the General Director in order to ensure efficient planning of activities.
- You prepare and follow up meetings and dossiers in a practical and organisational way in order to ensure the smooth running of the organisation.
- You take care of the correspondence of the General Director in order to manage his contacts optimally.
- You translate letters, texts, reports, e-mails,...
- You organise or follow up various activities in order to optimally support the Sales Dpt., the General Director and the 3D Cadworks organisation.
- You prepare reportings and presentations.
- You follow up on a number of assigned dossiers in order to limit the workload of the General Director.
What We Are Looking For
- Experienced in a similar role and environment.
- Profound knowledgde of Dutch, English and French (spoken and written).
- Strong PC skills:
- MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Teamleader is an asset
- Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram)
- ActiveCampaign, SEO and SEA
- A warm personality with a will to please.
- Your communication is on a high professional level.
- You are flexible, proactive and have the typical "Kempisch drive"!
- A 4/5 or full time job in a company with the possibility for self-development.
